Raw Brownie Bites
This is a healthy, tasty, easy, raw recipe I just tried from chocolatecoveredkatie.com. She calls them Fudge Babies. They are like eating brownies. Did I mention easy? Did I mention tasty?
- 1 c walnuts
- 1 and 1/3 cups pitted dates
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- Chop/blend all the ingredients, using a food processor, Magic Bullet, etc. I used our Vitamix on about medium speed until it was all homogenized and crumbly.
- Roll into little 1 inch-ish balls.
- Eat.
