Almond Milk

  • 1 cup of raw almonds (pre-soak for 4 hours in water if you don’t have a Vitamix or other high speed blender)
  • 3 cups of water
  • 3 dates (or 2-3 tablespoons of agave)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract


  1. Throw all in blender on high for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Strain liquid through a nut milk bag.
