No-roll Pie Crust
Great pie crust! Flaky, easy, and can mix right in the pie pan.
- 1.5 cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- 3 tbl milk (dairy, soy, or even water works)
- Put all ingredients in a 10″ pie crust and mix with a fork until all incorporated and smooth.
- Pat in plate to form the crust.
- Fill with filling of choice
- Bake as directed or 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
NOTES: If making a non-sweet pie (like a chicken pot pie) you could omit the sugar. Although, this is not overly sweet. You could also substitute the milk with chicken stock or some other appropriate liquid.
