No-roll Pie Crust

Great pie crust! Flaky, easy, and can mix right in the pie pan.

  • 1.5 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup cooking oil
  • 3 tbl milk (dairy, soy, or even water works)
  1. Put all ingredients in a 10″ pie crust and mix with a fork until all incorporated and smooth.
  2. Pat in plate to form the crust.
  3. Fill with filling of choice
  4. Bake as directed or 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

NOTES: If making a non-sweet pie (like a chicken pot pie) you could omit the sugar. Although, this is not overly sweet. You could also substitute the milk with chicken stock or some other appropriate liquid.
