Ice Tea (Jasmine or Sun and Hibiscus)

Ingredients

  • Tea Leaves (pick one)
    • 3/4 Scoop of Jasmine Tea leaves
    • 1 scoop Sun + 1 scoop Hibiscus Tea leaves
    • 9-10 bags of Earl Gray (or other)
  • 1 tsp ginger (put in tea ball)
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 teaspoons of stevia (slightly rounded)
  • 1 inch of turmeric root (optional)
  • 3 bottles of distilled water

Instructions

  1. Add 1 bottle of water and ingredients to stovetop. Build on “ultra high” for 15 minutes.
    1. If adding lid, reserve about 1.5″ of water from the bottle.
    2. If leaving lid off use full bottle.
  2. Put pot on back rack to cool for a few hours. Leave tea leaves in water.
  3. Wash empty tea dispenser in fridge; add two bottles of water and leave in fridge to cool
  4. Use sieve to empty tea from pot to dispenser
