Walnut Sauce Over Asparagus
- 1 cup walnuts
- Small Shallot
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Package of fresh asparagus
- Process all ingredients (except for olive oil) in food processor
- Drizzle olive oil to incorporate
- Serve over steamed asparagus
