Walnut Sauce Over Asparagus

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • Small Shallot
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Package of fresh asparagus
  1. Process all ingredients (except for olive oil) in food processor
  2. Drizzle olive oil to incorporate
  3. Serve over steamed asparagus
